How do you make a complaint?
In order to exercise your right to make a complaint about the purchased goods, please use the below complaint form, stating “Complaint” as the purpose of the request and filling in the rest of the required data.
The application should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, postal address (street, postal code and city), telephone number, index number of the advertised product, date of purchase and a description of the reason for the complaint, together with the proof of purchase attached (obligatory). After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance of the application along with its number to the e-mail address provided in the form.
