Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery – payment by cash collected by the courier. In selected cases, oltens.com reserves the right to carry out additional verification of such orders by phone.
• Bank transfer - for customers who prefer to log in to an online banking service, visit a bank branch or a post office. After placing the order, the customer receives  an e-mail containing the bank account number to which the correct amount should be transferred. Once the payment is credited to Oltens Sp. z o.o.’s bank account, the order is submitted to the warehouse for processing and preparing the shipment.
• Online transfe – a form with its registered office in electronic payment processed by PayU S.A. of Poznań.
• Payment card (Visa, MasterCard) - each card payment transaction is securely authorised by PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznań or Elavon Financial Services Limited, Branch in Poland, with its registered office in Warsaw (authorisation usually takes from a few minutes up to twenty minutes). Once the payment is confirmed, the order is submitted to the warehouse for processing and preparing the shipment.
